De Oliver fles van Mica Decorations is een handgemaakte decoratieve fles, vervaardigd door traditionele Portugese pottenbakkers. Met een licht glanzende glazuurlaag in bruine tinten is elke fles uniek. Deze fles is geschikt voor een enkele bloem, pluim of siertak en kan ook decoratief neergezet worden. De Oliver serie biedt verschillende flessen, vazen en potten in diverse kleuren en maten. Deze fles heeft een hoogte van 35 cm en een diameter van 22 cm. Let op: door het handgemaakte karakter kunnen kleur en afmetingen licht variëren. Terracotta producten zijn poreus en niet 100% waterdicht.

Plants CANNOT be returned
There is no legal return period for plants as they are living products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, you can report this within 48 hours after delivery by sending an email to hello@b2bioplants.com. Please include your company, order number, plant name and 2 photos with visible defects.
Returns of other products

Limited returns
Most of the brands we work with have 'limited returns', meaning that a product cannot be returned if the customer changes their mind and wants to return the product.
Returns or refunds are possible if there is a problem with an order, such as a broken product, wrong product, wrongly delivered product, etc. In that case, we ask you to send an email to hello@b2bioplants.com within 2 business days. In case of damage, please state which order number it concerns, which product, the damage and 2 photos with the defects. If correct, the product in question will be resent in consultation, or it will be refunded.
Reasons for Returns
B2Bioplants accepts limited returns for damaged products and incorrectly shipped goods for the vast majority of our products. These are indicated as follows.

Refund Policy
B2Bioplants will initiate the refund once the return is approved. The refund will automatically be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund amount may vary depending on the nature of the issue.
Warranty Products
There is no guarantee on plants. The other products have a statutory factory guarantee from the brand, this varies per product.
