Automated decision-making

GUTC does NOT make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for people.

Retention periods

Most of the personal data we process is data related to an order. Based on tax legislation and our obligations regarding bookkeeping, we are obliged to store financial and order data for a period of 7 years.

Other data such as IP address, transaction ID, payment method and email details are stored in our databases. We do not store notes for longer than 12 months. Please contact us if data needs to be deleted via info@greenupthecity.com.

Sharing personal data with third parties

GUTC does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
