Can I, as a private individual, order products via the webshop?
We only sell to companies, registration is only possible if you have an extract from the Chamber of Commerce.
Do I need to register to order?
To be able to order you need an account. With this account you can place an order and have access to your orders and invoices.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, if it concerns plants we have a minimum purchase per product and we welcome orders from €300.00. For other products we do not have a minimum purchase.
How can I request an account?
This can be done very easily via the account environment, top right in the webshop, or use this link https://b2bioplants.com/account/register. You need a KVK and VAT number to create an account.
When will I receive my login details?
You can start shopping immediately after creating an account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can request your password again via the login window at the top of the page. Enter the email address that is linked to your personal account and you will then receive an email with your login details.
Where can I change my details?
You can adjust your details in your account environment after you have logged in.
Are the prices shown inclusive of sales tax?
Delivery Netherlands: At the checkout, the prices shown include sales tax (VAT), import duties, other taxes, loading and unloading costs, packaging, transport, etc.
Delivery Belgium: At the checkout you will find adjusted prices, excluding sales tax.
Are all products listed on the website?
In the webshop you will find all products that are in stock or can be ordered by us.
How do I place an order?
Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart and then click on “continue shopping” to return to the range or “view shopping cart” to complete the order.
What payment options are available?
In the check out on the website, you can choose to pay via IDeal, Creditcard or for a 'bank deposit' based on an invoice. Whatever suits you.
Do you ship internationally?
In principle, we only ship to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. We work together with various logistics partners who are specialized in flower and plant transport to be able to deliver the plants to our customers in optimal condition. For delivery to other countries within the EU, please contact us, we are happy to discuss the possibilities.
How long does it take to receive my order?
This depends on the delivery address and the products you order. In general, products are shipped between 1 and 7 business days if in stock at the supplier. For plants, take into account a shipping time between 5 and 12 days. If you have chosen 1 of the 'BIO Plants | Gift Bags', the delivery time is in consultation. Please note, this is an indication, no rights can be derived from it.
Can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a track & trace code by email with which you can track your order or the carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment.
How will the order be shipped?
Plants are packed per box and/or pallets and shipped from the business location of B2Bioplants. Some of the products that you can order in our webshop are shipped directly from the brand. It is therefore possible that your order will be delivered in multiple deliveries.
Can I pick up the order?
No, unfortunately that is not possible.
Can I order if a product is currently out of stock?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We advise you to contact us for out-of-stock items via hello@b2bioplants.com or by phone +31 85 0041 772.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Orders will be delivered to an address of your choice. You can indicate this during check-out. Please note! Take into account the accessibility of the location. If this could cause problems for the delivery services, for example due to an unpaved road or narrow streets within a city or village centre, we advise you to consider another delivery location.
Can I choose my own shipping date?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. If you want a specific delivery day, it is best to contact us.
I received the wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
Despite the fact that we pack our plants and products with the utmost care, it is possible that plants or products are damaged during transport. We kindly request that you report this within 24 hours of receipt by e-mail hello@b2bioplants.com . Please state the order number, a description of the nature of the damage and a photo of the damaged product. We will then offer you a suitable solution.
What warranty do I have on the products?
There is no guarantee on plants as they are living products. We do our utmost to deliver the highest possible quality so that you are not faced with surprises. Other products come with the standard factory guarantee.
