Return & Refund Policy

Plants CANNOT be returned

There is no legal return period for plants as they are living products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, you can report this within 48 hours after delivery by sending an email to hello@b2bioplants.com. Please include your company, order number, plant name and 2 photos with visible defects.

Returns of other products

On each product page in our webshop you will find the return information for the relevant product under the heading 'Return Policy'.

Limited returns

Most of the brands we work with have 'limited returns'. This means that a product cannot be returned if the customer changes their mind and wants to return the product.

Returns or refunds are possible if there is a problem with an order, such as a broken product, wrong product, wrongly delivered product, etc. In that case, we ask you to send an email to hello@b2bioplants.com within 2 business days. In case of damage, please state which order number it concerns, which product, the damage and 2 photos with the defects. If correct, the product in question will be resent in consultation, or it will be refunded.

Reasons for Returns

B2Bioplants accepts limited returns for the vast majority of our products for damaged products and incorrectly shipped goods. These are indicated as follows.

Refund Policy

B2Bioplants will initiate the refund once the return is approved. The refund will automatically be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund amount may vary depending on the nature of the issue.

Warranty Products

There is no guarantee on plants. The other products have a statutory factory guarantee from the brand, this varies per product.
